Students have many options to choose from in distance education so it is crucial to provide a higher level of support than what is provided to on-campus students. To meet these demands we have built cloud-based client relationship management and ticketing systems that top private companies around the world use.
Distance Education Support Services acts as a single point of contact for students and we leverage our long existing relationships with the Registrar, Admissions, Bursar, Graduate School, and Financial Aid to provide students with the best possible experience. We also provide night and weekend support as many students are professionals who are working on their assignments outside of normal business hours.
